Registration information for Spring, 2012

1. We will continue using this new online registration system so please save this website

and remember your password: www.dreamschool.com/bohua/family_login. If you

2. New feature: We will save some trees by using the online acceptance of liability
release and volunteer agreement. Please read these documents and click ACCEPT
before you can proceed with enrollment.

3. New feature: You can enter Emergency contact information online as well and here is
what to do:
a. Log in your account. Click the first login name under your family home.
b. Click EDIT. Click personal profile.
c. Under Emergency Contact input names and telephone numbers and then click Save
button (you can copy/paste the following example with revisions):
Guardian 1 Name: Smith Zhang (XXX-XXX-XXXX);
Guardian 2 Name: Rachel Chang (XXX-XXX-XXXX);
Non-Guardian Name: Michael Xu (XXX-XXX-XXXX).


4. If you are interested in getting your registration fee of $15 waived, you can write a
separate check of $285 to buy the $300 gift certificate of either Pacific Ocean (POM) or King
Soopers (KS), Based on new IRS rules, each family needs to pay POM or Ks directly
from 2012. Please write a check to Pacific Ocean or King Soopers with your family ID on it.

5. For volunteer obligations, we will continue the same arrangement with $25 added to the
registration fee which will be deposited. However, you will get a $25 credit if your family has
fulfilled your volunteer requirements in Fall 2011 semester. If you are leaving Bohua, we will
give you $25 refund.

6. New feature: To sign up for volunteer jobs, please also go to dreamschool web site,
log in your account and click “Signup” bar on the top of the page. Click “available” to
see the volunteer jobs that are still open and choose the one you want to sign up. To
cancel a signup, click the job you signed up, then go down the page and click “Your
Signup information”, then choose” Cancel signup”.

7. Returning students have priorities in class registration. However the school reserves the
right to shuffle students if appropriate.

8. The early registration period is from 12/12/2011 to 1/1/2012. We have to receive all your
paperwork including the checks by 1/8/2012 or post-marked by 1/2/2012 to qualify
your family for the $10 early-bird discount (per class).

9. Multiple-child discount is calculated automatically by the computer system.

10. Here is the check list for registration:
a. Enter your emergency contact information online, and enroll in classes. Please purchase a textbook for the Fall semester.
b. Print out the 'payment slip' and attach a check for tuition and registration fee.
Remember to apply your vouchers (from volunteering or refund for canceled
classes).
c. Requirement: write a separate check for gift certificates. You get $15 off for the first
$300 (equivalent to getting your registration fee back).


11. Mail the paperwork and checks to our usual mailing address in Boulder (1750 38th
street, Boulder, CO 80301), or drop them off at the office Room 811 on 1/8/2012
(the first day of Spring semester). You can also drop them off at Yan Li or Zhang Xiao’s
house by 1/7/2012 for early-bird discount.
