Dear parents,
The school bell will ring this Sunday Jan 8th! Please get ready for your children to be back! The deadline for early registration to waive $10 Reg. fee is Jan 7th. Please get online registration at www.dmcls.org . We do not process credit card, please pay check at school.
Please read this important message about $10 PTA Duty Fund.
In order to encourage all the parents to support school management and play school PTA function more effectively, start from this Spring Semester, we set up a school-wide Parents Duty Program. A refundable $10 PTA duty fund is set up. Please include $10 fund per family when you pay tuition at school. We have prepared a PTA Duty Log at the registration desk, please pick a school day for school duty during your kid’s class hour. The school will refund $10 after a parent complete the assigned duty. This program is on the experimental stage, please excuse us for any inconsiderate area, the school board is ready to listen to your comments.
For parents who have signed for Jan 8th duty, please come to the registration desk, the board operation team and school admin will assign the duty to you.
Here are list of things going on in school and events heads up:
- We will continue registration on Jan 8th, 12:30 - 4:45 pm. $10 registration fee will be charged. We will continue accept walk-in registration through the semester.
- Students should continue taking the same class in the same classroom as last semester. For questions on changing class, please consult with the school principal and administration.
- Please refer to “Classroom Assignment table” and 2012 Spring Semester Calendar” that posted in the school web site.
- No class on Jan 15th for MLK holiday, please remind each other.
- Parent meeting in the class on Jan 22nd arranged by Chinese class or other subject teachers, please check with your children’s teacher.
- School-wide parents meeting about new parents on duty program and school events on Jan 22nd, 2-3 pm in school cafeteria.
- Heads up for the Spring semester major events: - Chinese New Year celebration on Feb 5th,
- Chinese speech contests in late March 2012

Enrolment eligibility: Children 5 years old and up, all adults
School calendar: 2 semesters a year (Fall and Spring) total 30 weeks Sunday.
School Hours: 12:00-5:00pm Sunday (No visit during the weekdays)
