Richardson ISD Robotics – Magnet Programs Year 2 (grades 10)

  • Design, build, program VEX EDR full-size robots
  • Follow instruction to strict constraints, limited components and step-by-step to build up each function units.
  • Test and compete function units in computer simulation and VEX standard battle field.
  • Per practice results, analyze a complex challenge in order to compete in a continued improvement.
  • Apply STEM principles to reliably solve technical problems related with test results.
  • Polish presentation skills.
  • Consider to have a competition team and raise funds.
  • Design a team brand, rule, collaborate.
  • Hone real-world skills per annual topics of VEX and FIRST®
