Leah has a mathematics degree from Beijing University and a statistics degree from Cornell University.
Leah has been teaching Chinese in OCCS since 2006. Her result oriented approach motivates her students to do their best which can be seen in the improvements of spelling testing from Fall to Spring semester by 40%. She encourages her students’ interest in learning. 100% of her students participated in the year end commencement with students self produced program, deciding on the topic, writing up scripts, rehearsing, and helping to manage the stage.
